We are open & honest to deal with. If you feel we have not given the best service possible or indeed you would like to praised us, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
It is our aim to give you the best care and attention at all times. If we ever fall short of your expectations please let us know. We have an NHS approved formal complaints procedure for more significant service issues. Suggestions and compliments are of course welcomed to.
We will listen to what you say and make changes where we can. It's your service.
PALS – Patient Advice & Liaison
The NHS welcomes any comments you may have on the services we commission, whether that is a complaint, a suggestion or a compliment.

Should a patient make a complaint, the practice may need to provide information about the patient, and treatment they have received, to their insurers or legal advisers.
