The Eldercare GP Practice closed its list to new patient registrations on 7th April 2017 in advance of its planned closing date on 31 August 2017.

All patients who are currently registered with Eldercare will continue to access services from the practice in the same way as now until they can be re-registered with other practices.

If you are a patient or have a family member registered with ElderCare then you will receive a letter letting you have details of the practice to which you have been allocated and names of alternative choices you may wish to make.

We are developing our Patient Access system so that you not only have access to online appointments but you will also be able to access your repeat medication! This means you can just tick off what you need instead of having to remember spellings/strength etc and you can also see when it was last ordered and how much! You will need to register as a Patient Access user which you can do by clicking here or by coming to the surgery. We will run both systems together for a short time but will eventually cease to take repeat medication requests via the old method so register soon!
